Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Coordinator is a key member of ATC's Service Operations team, responsible for driving quality management and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will enhance ATC's quality management system, act as an escalation point for customers, and support strategic initiatives across the business.

This role requires strong visibility on team performance, quick response to escalations, and involvement in operational strategies, new service development, and business case preparation. The position includes occasional travel (~10%) to other ATC offices and vendor meetings. Your work directly impacts company performance through proactive quality improvements and customer‑focused solutions.

Work Pattern

Office-based for the first 6 months, transitioning to hybrid upon successful probation.

Responsibilities

  • People Management: Create and promote a culture of staff well‑being, accountability, customer awareness, and collaboration; set SMART objectives; conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Operations: Continuously review and suggest process improvements for Technical Services and Service Operations; monitor vendor performance; support or lead the Incident Management platform for CAPA; drive Lean Continuous Improvement methodology; manage Lean Project data and results.
  • Planning: Ensure quality outcomes from the Planning Team using ISO QMS; standardise and document business processes.
  • Transportation: Ensure quality outcomes for Transportation Team; review fleet maintenance and utilisation; navigate vendor performance, audit, and sustainability rollout.
  • Technical Services: Ensure quality outcomes for Technical Services Teams; develop continuous improvement processes; review and implement White Glove Service Plan.
  • Projects: Engage in new projects; maintain vendor rating metrics; establish and update SOPs; train vendors; respond to changing customer requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly narrative performance reports; maintain document control to ISO standard; send weekly scorecard to the business.

Requirements

  • 1‑3 years of experience in quality management and operations.
  • High standards and challenge improvement culture.
  • Analytical skills and structured reporting.
  • Proven project management skills, ISO certification, audit preparation.
  • Exposure to continuous improvement culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
  • Organisational skills to achieve objectives.
  • Experience in staff/teams development for superior results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Computer skills: ERP software, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MS SharePoint.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
  • Exposure to quality management systems and internal management systems.
