The Quality Assurance department ensures compliance with standards and regulations and guarantees consistently high product quality. By collaborating closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and our global affiliates, we create strong synergies and ensure global quality standards.
Your Tasks
Implementing and maintaining global quality management system requirements
Performing internal audits on global quality management system requirements
Drive global quality management system certifications and lead process improvement initiatives
Establish processes for issuing product certificates and optimize related workflows
Coordinate and prepare for audits performed by global authorities
Your Profile
Technical degree in a relevant field (e.g., medical technology, biomedical engineering)
Ideally, experience with quality management system requirements according to ISO 13485 and global QMS standards
High level of quality awareness and keen attention to detail
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to work independently and proactively

Minimum Salary
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is EUR 46,781.00.
