We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to oversee and manage all aspects of the QA process on a high-profile semiconductor facility construction project in Dresden, Germany . This role will be instrumental in ensuring that all works meet the required quality standards, specifications, and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality systems within construction, ideally within cleanroom or high-tech environments. As a Quality Assurance Lead at ASafe Global , you will be responsible for creating and overseeing Environmental, Health and Safety programs, ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations, and fostering a culture of safety excellence across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of project-specific Quality Assurance procedures and documentation.
• Monitor the QA program across all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise QA/QC personnel on-site and liaise with project managers, engineering teams, and client representatives.
• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality records.
• Ensure effective non-conformance reporting (NCR), root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Participate in regular audits and quality reviews; prepare and submit quality reports.
• Provide guidance and training to site teams on QA requirements and procedures.
• Maintain communication with suppliers/subcontractors to ensure quality compliance of materials and workmanship.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of quality experience in construction or industrial projects.
• Experience in cleanroom, high-tech manufacturing, or semiconductor facility construction is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and related quality standards.
• Proven leadership in QA/QC teams and ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Degree or diploma in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as: Lead Auditor (ISO 9001), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) – ASQ or equivalent, QA/QC Certification (e.g., TÜV, BSI, or industry-recognised QA programs) is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Eligible to work in Germany
