Responsibilities

• You independently manage products of one of our brands—from development to market launch.
• You ensure regulatory compliance throughout the entire product lifecycle (EU Cosmetics Regulation, FDA).
• You review ingredients, raw material data sheets, and claims, and ensure correct product labeling.
• You maintain product data in SAP RD and register products in the CPNP portal.
• You act as a key contact for internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
• You collaborate with laboratories and institutes and contribute to process optimization and digitalization in regulatory affairs.
• You monitor regulatory changes and support implementation of updates.

Your Profile

• Degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Biochemistry or similar).
• Initial experience in regulatory affairs or quality assurance, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
• Solid knowledge of relevant regulations (EU, FDA, etc.).
• Experience with SAP RD and the CPNP portal.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style with strong team spirit.
• Interest in regulatory trends and digital tools.
