Urgent Hire: Freelance Quality Manager / Supervisor – Civil Engineering - Pipping Works (Germany)

Are you a sharp-eyed Quality Manager or Supervisor with hands-on experience in civil works? This is your chance to take on a high-profile infrastructure project in Germany involving 36 km of drainage and piping works .

We’re looking for someone practical, detail-driven, and ready to hit the ground running to keep construction quality on track. If you know how to keep records tight, documents accurate, and teams performing at their best—this one’s for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and verify construction-related quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and coordinate inspection/testing records (MS Office + project databases).
• Perform hands-on quality checks on piping, drainage, pavements, and civil works .
• Work directly with planners and site teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Use BIM systems for documentation and quality control.

What You Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in civil construction, quality control, or documentation.
• Strong knowledge of drainage, piping, pavements, and infrastructure works .
• Practical, no-nonsense approach to quality verification.
• Familiarity with BIM tools (a big plus).
• German (B1+) to communicate effectively on-site.
