We are currently hiring an experienced QAQC Inspector to support quality assurance and control functions on a high-tech industrial construction site in Dresden, Germany . The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and familiar with the documentation and inspection processes required for complex projects in cleanroom or semiconductor environments. This role is critical to ensuring that all work performed by contractors and vendors meets the strictest quality standards and project specifications. As a QAQC Inspector at ASafe Global , you will be responsible for creating and overseeing Environmental, Health and Safety programs, ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations, and fostering a culture of safety excellence across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily inspections on site to monitor construction activities and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Support the QAQC Engineer in the implementation of quality plans, checklists, and procedures.
Conduct material inspections and verify compliance with the required standards and certifications.
Witness and document testing activities for concrete, steel, HVAC, piping, and electrical systems.
Identify and report non-conformances, assist in root cause analysis, and verify corrective actions.
Maintain accurate and timely QAQC records, including inspection reports, NCRs, and quality logs.
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure proper quality control documentation.
Support final inspections and contribute to handover packages and close-out documentation.

Key Qualifications:

Technical diploma or certification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3+ years of QAQC inspection experience, ideally within semiconductor, cleanroom, or industrial construction.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ITPs, material approvals, and QAQC documentation standards.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and identify issues early.
Fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.
Must be eligible to work and be available on-site in Dresden, Germany for the project duration.
