We are seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager to lead all quality and product compliance activities for the European operations.

Responsibilities

• Product Compliance: Ensure all products comply with relevant EU regulations. Act as the primary technical interface for customers and global suppliers on all compliance matters.
• Quality Management: Manage technical quality issues and customer claims, leading the problem-solving process with our international manufacturing partners.
• QMS & Audits: Maintain and improve the local Quality Management System and act as the main point of contact for all internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Experience: Significant experience in a quality or compliance role within the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge: Deep knowledge of EU regulations and quality management systems (ISO 9001).
• Industry Experience: Experience with the automotive industry (IATF 16949, PPAP) is a strong advantage.
• Languages: Business fluency in English, and German is essential for communicating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
