Quality Control Employee (m/f/d) – Measuring Equipment & Temperature Monitoring

Frigo-Trans specializes in the safe storage and Europe‑wide transport of vital pharmaceutical goods – reliably, temperature‑controlled, and to the highest quality standards. Our storage solutions cover temperature ranges down to –195 °C and meet the demanding requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. We have been part of the UPS Healthcare Group since the beginning of 2025. Our quality management team ensures that our customers' high quality requirements are met at all times. In close cooperation with the operational departments, we review existing processes and continuously develop our standards.

Your tasks

• Responsible for monitoring and documenting temperature‑critical processes.
• Installation and management of temperature measuring equipment in storage areas, vehicles, and shipping units.
• Administration and maintenance of temperature monitoring software.
• Calibration of the measuring devices used.
• Communication and coordination with suppliers.
• Creation and maintenance of process‑related documentation.Analysis and preparation of temperature data with MS Office (especially Excel) for testing and documentation purposes.

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification.
• Technical understanding and a structured approach to work.
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Independent, precise, and responsible approach to work.
• Willingness to learn new topics and actively participate in shaping processes.
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills in a dynamic environment.
• Class B driver's license.
