• Testing and checking product quality in accordance with company standards and test specifications.
• Recording, analysis and documentation of quality deviations as well as root cause analysis in close cooperation with production.
• Carrying out visual inspections, optical tests and measurements using standard test equipment (e.g. microscope, calipers).
• Support in maintaining and optimizing quality control processes and test methods.
• Reporting to the team leader or quality manager on anomalies, deviations and suggestions for improvement.
• Participation in the continuous improvement of production and quality processes.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Initial experience as a quality control employee, quality inspector, production inspector or in quality assurance is an advantage, but motivated career changers are also welcome.
• High attention to detail, careful and structured way of working.
• Basic knowledge of testing technology, quality testing methods or the use of optical testing equipment.
• Technical understanding, ideally experience in production or manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Motivation to familiarize yourself with new tasks and a sense of responsibility.
