As part of our global strategy for sustainable resource utilization, we operate a new facility in Bentwisch near Rostock dedicated to the refinement of high-quality omega-3 oils.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a new colleague for our location in Bentwisch (Mecklenmburg-Vorpommern) as soon as possible:

Quality Control Laboratory Manager (m/f/d)

• Management and further development of the quality control laboratory
• Establishment and timely execution of process-relevant analyses in the area of edible oils and by-products
• Responsibility for raw material and product approval as well as the creation of customer certificates
• Direct cooperation with the quality department and production
• Ensuring compliance with food safety systems and internationally recognized analytical standards
• Creation of and compliance with quality control plans
• Identification and correction of process and product deviations

Your profile:

• Degree in analytical or technical chemistry or a related field
• Knowledge as a laboratory manager for quality control in the food processing industry (edible oils) in an interdisciplinary and international environment
• Structured approach to work, strong leadership skills, and experience in managing teams
• Experience in food safety and HACCP
• Very good German and English skills
• Strategic thinking and solution-oriented approach to complex issues
