Your Role: You are responsible for the quality in the low‑care area, particularly for goods receipt, raw material inspections, and the optimization of risk‑based inspection plans. You lead the team and work closely with logistics, production, and suppliers. We are looking for a motivated, flexible personality with experience in food production and very good German and English skills who wants to actively shape processes.
Your Responsibility Area: You take over the quality responsibility for the low‑care area and lead your team of assistants both technically and disciplinarily, while you manage the goods receipt and raw material inspections.
Furthermore, you actively shape the goods receipt process, continuously optimize processes, and ensure that all controls are carried out efficiently and reliably. In addition, you further develop the risk‑based raw material inspection plan and work closely with national and international colleagues.
Moreover, you work closely with logistics and production to ensure a smooth flow of information, efficient processes, and a shared understanding of quality. You take over the complaint and incident management and ensure clear, professional communication with suppliers. Additionally, you conduct supplier audits to ensure quality standards and identify possible improvements. Finally, you strengthen the development of your team by coaching employees, recognizing potential, and establishing a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Profile: Completed study or comparable training in the field of food production. Ideally, several years of practical experience in the food production or a similar environment. Thorough knowledge of food‑related processes and quality standards. Experience in implementing and optimizing production or inspection processes. Very good German and English skills (at least B2). High motivation, independent working and quick comprehension. Flexibility, agility, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
