Quality Control / Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You perform precise quality checks and measurements on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• You manage non-conformances: You identify, document, and elevate deviations, ensuring that root cause analysis is initiated and corrective actions are consistently implemented.
• You create traceable documentation and ensure compliance so we are ready for audits at all times.
• You collaborate with other teams to solve quality problems and support continuous improvement activities.
• You are responsible for our measuring and testing equipment, both in terms of procurement and monitoring and calibration.

YOUR PROFILE

• Training & studies - You have a completed education or experience in the field of quality, ideally in a technical or manufacturing-related profession.
• Professional experience: You already have knowledge of how to use measurement tools and techniques.
• Analytical Thinking: You have problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Working Style & Mindset: You work independently, think in solutions, and enjoy deriving insights from quality data.
• Language skills - Very good written and spoken English and German skills
