This also includes defining and tracking the resulting measures* You will independently handle the operational complaint management of customers and suppliers# Qualifications:* You have successfully completed a university degree in science, engineering or textile technology and have at least three years of relevant professional experience in quality assurance/management, ideally with a focus on the automotive industry* You have in-depth knowledge and experience in the application of relevant quality management tools such as FMEA, 8D, MSA, Ishikawa, as well as the ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA standards* You have auditor qualifications, preferably according to VDA6.3, VDA 6.5, auditor according to 19011, IATF or comparable, and are Six Sigma or Lean Green Belt and have statistical experience (e.g. Minitab, Q-DAS)* Confident, communicative and committed personality who works in a goal-oriented and structured manner and brings a high degree of commitment and motivation to the role* You are fluent in written and spoken German and English and can use common MS Office applications purposefully and confidentlyThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
