Quality Engineer (m / f / d)

Become the central point of contact for ensuring product conformity and play an active role in shaping the quality processes in production.

Your tasks

• Central coordination of non-conformance management (NCs) for the entire operations area.
• Carrying out the operational risk assessment of non-conformities in coordination with Quality Assurance (QA).
• Technical root cause analysis for error patterns and definition of corrective actions (CAPA).
• Ensuring compliance in the deviation process and tracking the implementation of measures.
• Processing of assigned customer complaints and analysis and reporting of key quality indicators (KPIs).

Your profile

• Completed technical training (e.g. mechatronics, electronics) or a technical or scientific degree (e.g. life science); further training in QM is an advantage.
• Professional experience in quality management or quality control, ideally in a production environment (operations).
• Sound knowledge in dealing with deviations (NCs) and ideally in CAPA management.
• Sound user knowledge of the ISO 13485 standard.
• Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a strong communicative, analytical and independent way of working.
• Regional willingness to travel required.
