Your mission

• You will support the Corporate Quality Management department in administration and office management
• You will plan and coordinate international workshops, training events and visits
• You will prepare quotations and invoices and follow them up
• You will correspond with international internal and external partners, including representatives of authorities
• Coordinating, preparing, supporting and following up on customer audits and inspections by authorities
• Optimizing ongoing processes and preparing quarterly and annual overviews for qualitative and quantitative key performance indicators
• Collaboration in the further development of our documentation system for GMP-compliant processing and archiving of documents

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• You are confident in using MS Office and ERP systems
• High social competence, especially in dealing with different cultures
• A high degree of initiative, creativity, negotiating skills, resilience and enthusiasm
• Strong organizational skills
• You impress us with your very good written and spoken English and German skills
