Quality Manager for an OE Tire Manufacturer (m/f/d)

Job Description

What can you expect?

• You act as EU OE window for all quality related topics, to OEM and within our company (globally).
• You become an expert for EU OE quality processes and procedures.
• You manage quality issues, OEM audits, OEM procedure changes.
• You prepare and manage databases for OEM procedures and processes, as well as KPIs (e.g., PPM).
• You are responsible for regular internal reporting at various levels (frequency TBD).
• You report to OEMs or related companies on quality claims and other QA-related matters.
• You bring in ideas to improve quality-related areas, based on experience, OEM requirements, or recommendations.
• You care for relationships with OEMs' relevant QA responsible people and departments.
• You have close team collaboration with all relevant departments.

What should you bring along?

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, ideally with OE QA matters.
• You are fluent in German and English (French, Italian, Spanish, Korean, Czech is a plus).
• You have high-level IT skills, particularly working in OEM portals and MS Office Excel, ideally OEM portals.
• You demonstrate a structured and organized working style.
• You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are stress-resistant and available for regular travel, mainly within Germany and Europe.
