We are seeking a Quality Manager (gn*) for a permanent position, which can be filled on a part-time or full-time basis (up to 40 hours/week), to start as soon as possible.

About the position

As Quality Manager (gn*), you will play a central role in ensuring and further developing the program and organizational quality of our university. You will play a key role in ensuring that our study programs meet the highest standards and successfully undergo national and international accreditation. You will report directly to the Head of Quality Management and work closely with him. In this role, you will be the interface between different departments, work in an international environment, and take on an important coordinating function. The Quality Management department reports directly to the Executive Board, so you will be regularly involved in strategic issues and in the preparation of Executive Board and Supervisory Board meetings. The position offers a wide range of tasks, a high degree of personal responsibility, and the opportunity to actively shape the university's quality development.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaboration on national and international accreditation procedures and rankings (e.g., FIBAA, AACSB, EQUIS, BGA, AMBA)
  • Developing and maintaining a sound understanding of national and international accreditation standards
  • Preparing executive committee and supervisory board meetings and creating reports and presentations (PowerPoint) for committees and external stakeholders
  • Retrieving, maintaining, and analyzing quality-related data via interfaces (APIs) and databases
  • Ensuring data quality and creating evaluations and dashboards to support strategic decisions Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows
  • Working closely and coordinating with team members and student assistants

Your qualifications

  • High level of diligence, accuracy, and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and tools
  • Affinity for working with numbers, experience in data handling, analysis, and preparation (e.g., Excel, Power BI, reporting and survey tools, SharePoint)
  • Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English
  • Experience in higher education or academic administration is an advantage
  • Resilient, flexible, and motivated approach to work
  • Experience in designing and evaluating surveys
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach to work with an eye for strategic connections
