Quality Specialist/ Inspector Quality (m/w/d) Aerospace

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The What: At Blackwave GmbH, we develop and manufacture high-performance carbon fiber components for airplanes, rockets, and satellites—pushing the limits of lightweight design and precision manufacturing. As part of our Quality team, you ensure that our processes meet the highest standards, enabling us to turn cutting-edge ideas into flight-ready solutions.

• You perform precise quality checks and measurements on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• You manage non-conformances: You identify, document, and accelerate deviations, ensuring that root cause analysis is initiated and corrective actions are consistently implemented.
• You create traceable documentation and ensure compliance so we are ready for audits at all times.
• You collaborate with other teams to solve quality problems and support continuous improvement activities.
• You are responsible for our measuring and testing equipment, both in terms of procurement and monitoring and calibration.

YOUR PROFILE

• Training & studies – You have a completed education or experience in the field of quality, ideally in a technical or manufacturing-related profession (e.g., measurement technician, cutting machine operator, process technician).
• Professional experience: You already have knowledge of how to use measurement tools and techniques.
• Analytical Thinking: You have problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Working Style & Mindset: You work independently, think in solutions, and enjoy deriving insights from quality data.
• Language skills – Very good written and spoken English and German skills.
