Quality Systems Specialist

One of our clients in North Rhine-Westphalia are looking for a Quality Control / Assurance professional to support laboratory operations and regulatory compliance. You will review documentation, support product release, manage deviations, and contribute to audits and process improvements in a regulated environment.

Job Summary

• Monitor regulatory compliance for contract testing and reagent production
• Review lab testing and documentation
• Support release of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
• Identify and track deviations, changes, and CAPAs
• Review SOPs, protocols, and quality records
• Support internal audits and inspections
• Participate in quality process improvement projects

Requirements

• Experience in microbial testing either Industry or education is a must!
• Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences (or equivalent experience)
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Fluent in German and English (Minimum B2)
