- Contribute to the training and fine‑tuning of AI systems, ensuring they reason accurately in quantitative contexts.
- Participate in synchronous collaboration sessions (4‑hour windows, 2–3 times per week) to review experiments, debug models, and exchange technical insights.

Role Responsibilities

Qualifications
Must‑Have
- Strong academic or professional background in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or Quantitative Finance.
- Expertise in probability, optimisation, and numerical analysis.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used for quantitative work (Python, C++, Julia, R, or Rust).
- Experience with simulation systems, data analysis, or machine learning frameworks is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to commit to 20–30 hours per week, including the required synchronous collaboration periods.
