Your mission

Als Quantum Projects & Partnerships Coordinator bei planqc gestaltest du aktiv unsere öffentlich geförderten Partnerschaften mit – von der ersten Analyse passender Förderaufrufe über die Koordination von Anträgen bis hin zur Begleitung bereits bewilligter Projekte. Geplant ist eine ungefähre Aufgabenverteilung von etwa 70 % im Bereich Fördermittel & Partnerschaften und 30 % in der Koordination bereits bewilligter Projekte. Du arbeitest eng mit Expert:innen aus unseren technischen, finanziellen und strategischen Teams sowie mit externen Partnern aus Wissenschaft, Industrie und öffentlichem Sektor zusammen. Mit deinen Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten sorgst du dafür, dass starke, wettbewerbsfähige Anträge entstehen – und dass bewilligte Projekte reibungslos anlaufen. Der Aufgabenbereich kann so angepasst werden, dass die Stelle in Voll- oder Teilzeit ausgeübt werden kann – abhängig von deiner Verfügbarkeit und deinen Präferenzen.

Responsibilities

Antragskoordination: Du steuerst den gesamten Lebenszyklus eines Förderantrags – von der Analyse des Calls über die interne Abstimmung und Texterstellung bis hin zur fristgerechten Einreichung. Dabei koordinierst du Beiträge aus Engineering, Software, Algorithmen und Finanzen.
Antragserstellung: Du unterstützt bei der Verfassung der Anträge – mit Inhalten von technischen Expert:innen und Budgetinput aus dem Finanzteam.
Projektkoordination: Nach Projektbewilligung übernimmst du die strukturierte Begleitung der Umsetzung – inklusive Meilensteinplanung, Terminverfolgung und Berichtsvorbereitung.
Projektschnittstelle: Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Förderinstitutionen, Projektträger und Konsortialpartner – für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und klare Kommunikation.

Qualifications

Required

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Natur- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften, Public Policy oder einem verwandten Bereich
Hintergrund im Bereich Quantentechnologien oder einem anderen Deeptech-Umfeld
Vertrautheit mit deutschen und europäischen Förderprogrammen (z. B. Horizon Europe, BMBF, DLR, IPCEI, NATO DIANA)
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
Sehr gute soziale Kompetenzen – du kannst Vertrauen aufbauen und arbeitest gern mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammen
Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit – komplexe Themen kannst du klar und verständlich darstellen
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (muttersprachlich oder verhandlungssicher) und verhandlungssicheres Englisch
Wohnsitz in München oder Bereitschaft zum Umziehen; gelegentliche Reisetätigkeit möglich
