Quotation manager (mfd)

Key Responsibilities

• Direct contacts with Intercompany customers
• Quote emission and follow-up
• Assistance and sales support in communications with Customers in the formulation of commercial proposals and in the follow-up of requests for quotation and / or sample management
• Management of sales lists
• Master data management and customer requests in CRM
• Managing customer orders
• Interface with figures belonging to different business departments for the solution of logistic and / or administrative issues

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical engineering Biology or other scientific degree
• Fluent knowledge of German and English - both written and spoken
• Interest in office work
• Good knowledge of information technology and software
