Job Description:

• To test the performance 5G Network with Rakuten's 5G ORAN.
• Defining and updating the 5G network test cases and performance reports with changing market and device dynamics, data demand, hardware options and user terminaldiversity.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of drive test tools
• Responsible for operating the Drive test tool with UEs
• Ensure collection of data is proper and will do a sanity check of the data being collected.
• Make sure the assigned drive test routes are run properly
• Logfiles willbe stored as per the standard Rakuten nomenclature
• Basic report generation of BM drive test

Qualifications::

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering
• 3+ years of telecommunication technology industry experience
• 3+ years of network test experience in green field networklaunches including SSV
• 3+ years of experience in RF performance evaluation

Acceptance Criteria for Selection:

• Experience intesting4G LTE and 5G NR network using RF designtools such as Accuver, TEMS, QXDM, etc.
• Expertise and experience in defining RAN RF test requirements based on customer objectives
• Knowledge in RF propagation, antenna settings, sectoral network design, RUlocation selection
