The Opportunity : The Real Estate law team of this firm regularly advises German and foreign groups in the context of their real estate needs.The type of work that the successful candidate will undertake will include, but not be limited to :

• Advice on the full life-cycle of Real Estate properties
• A particular focus on transactional advice (due diligence, SPA negotiations) and lease agreement advice (drafting and negotiations)
• Project development (in particular public and private building law)

This is a relatively small team to join in the Hamburg office itself, but there is also wider support from the firm's impressive global network. You will be comfortable facing clients and contributing to relationships thereto, have strong analytical skills, and be able to draft clearly and to a high degree of quality. Fluency in both German and English is vital.
