Position: Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Manager

Type: Independent contractor

Compensation: $60–$80/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 3–4 weeks

Commitment: 30–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Create deliverables addressing common requests within the Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management domain.
Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research.
Diagnose and solve real issues in your domain to advance machine learning systems.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to cutting-edge AI research.
Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and infrastructure.

Qualifications

4+ years professional experience in Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management.
Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.

Start Date

Immediately

Compensation & Legal

Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
Payments based on services rendered; contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
