Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales position located in Frankfurt Rhine-Main Metropolitan Area. The Real Estate Sales professional will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, providing excellent customer service, negotiating deals, preparing sales contracts, and staying updated on the real estate market. The role involves close interaction with clients to understand their housing needs and offering personalized solutions.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License, Real Estate, and Real Property skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
• Experience in working within a diverse and multicultural environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Native German or minimum c1 level proficiency
