We are a leading independent German law firm with a focus on economics law, seeking a highly engaged Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) in Real Estate Investments, starting immediately.

Responsibilities

As part of one of the best German practice groups in property investment, you will work in interdisciplinary specialist teams on exciting national and international mandates with a holistic consulting approach and direct client contact. Your tasks include financing and project development, capital market transactions, restructurings, as well as traditional asset management and real estate private equity.

Qualifications

• Excellent legal qualifications, strong English language skills
• Doctorate and/or foreign qualification is an advantage
• Analytical expertise and interest in economic contexts
