We're working with JetztJob on this exciting opportunity. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Recruiter to play a key role in connecting top talent with leading companies in the food and retail industries, significantly contributing to client growth and our own expansion.

The Role

• Conduct active sourcing for qualified candidates on platforms like Indeed, StepStone, and LinkedIn.

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to successful placement.

• Create compelling candidate profiles to support client decision-making.

• Lead structured interviews and effectively persuade top talent.

• Actively contribute to and shape our candidate journey processes.

• Maintain and structure an up-to-date talent pool.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in recruitment or personnel placement, ideally with a focus on SMEs.

• Strong understanding of people and the ability to identify potential.

• Self-motivated, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire others.

• Proficiency in recruitment tools, CRM systems, and various platforms.

• Relevant education in HR, Business, or related fields (e.g., Personnel Services Clerk, HR Specialist).
