Synpulse is a global consulting and technology company trusted by financial services worldwide. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our recruiting team in Germany as a Recruiter.

About the role

As part of the Recruiting team, you will lead the hiring process for the German office, working closely with the Country Head and the leadership team to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies. Your responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, actively sourcing candidates, building and managing talent pools, measuring and reporting on recruiting metrics, providing market commentary, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role primarily focuses on Germany, with occasional support for other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruiting function for the German office and collaborate with the Country Head and leadership to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, qualification and process management
• Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, social media channels, and alternative search techniques
• Build and manage talent pools to create candidate pipelines for future hiring needsMeasure and report on recruiting metrics by maintaining data within the ATS
• Provide market commentary on industry and competitor talent trends
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience at every stage of the process and champion the employer brand
• Focus mainly on recruiting in Germany while supporting other locations as needed in line with business priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree level education
• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within an agency or similar setting
• Experience managing the 360 recruitment process
• Exposure to consulting, banking, insurance or technology industry preferred
• Experience working in a growth company preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to communicate with people at all levels
