Overview of tasks:

• Pre-selection of candidates via phone and online job interviews
• Conducting and reviewing candidate assessments
• Communication with candidates from application until hire
• Participation in job fairs and events
• Data acquisition and regular maintenance of candidate database
• Close cooperation with managers and co-workers

What we expect:

• B2 level of English, C1 in German (both written and spoken); third language is a plus
• Previous experience in recruitment is an asset
• High level of communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Workday and Avature is an asset
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Ability to work on-site in Essen
