Your Role

At STABL, we are driving the clean energy revolution and growing our team with talented minds who want to make a real impact. That is why we are looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter (m/f/d) to help us attract and hire top talent across a variety of functions, including tech, business, and administrative roles as well as strengthen our People & Culture team, that is located in Munich and consists of three employees. In this role, you will also play a key part in driving STABL’s growth by developing and executing recruitment strategies. As the bridge between our teams, external partners, and candidates, you will ensure a seamless recruitment process that reflects our strong employer brand and delivers an exceptional candidate experience.

Your mission

• You own full‑cycle recruiting process across the whole organization from crafting targeted job ads and sourcing strategies to filling the roles
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates by uncovering new channels, active sourcing, promoting internal referrals, and developing creative but effective strategies
• Maintain and update our ATS (Personio) with accurate candidate data and recruitment activities
• Leverage data analysis of our recruitment performance and market benchmarks to drive enhancements in our recruiting strategy
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen our company’s presence in the DACH market

Your profile

• You have at least 3 years of demonstrated full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a technical, fast‑paced environment
• Understanding of key hiring channels with a strong ability to create and use innovative recruitment and sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of strong candidates
• Confidence in using data to guide hiring decisions, improve existing processes, and provide valuable insights to stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English (German is a plus)
• Strong sense of ownership and autonomy in combination with strategic thinking to improve company‑wide efficiency
