Recruiting and HR Specialist (f/m/x)

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles (job intake → sourcing → screening → offer support)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and priority profiles
• Ensure alignment on interview processes and decision-making criteria

Must Have

• Some experience with ATS – Ex.Workday
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate journey from application to offer
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or as Recruiter

Nice to have

• Proven track record hiring across corporate, operational, or technical roles.
• Experience working as a contractor or in fast-paced hiring environments is a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
