Recruitment BD / Sales Manager (Web3)

We’re looking for a BD / Sales Manager in Web3 to help expand our client base. You’ll own the top of the sales funnel, identify new opportunities, and close partnerships with Web3 companies that are scaling and hiring. In This Role, You Will Identify and engage potential Web3 clients (protocols, DAOs, infrastructure, NFT, gaming, DePIN, etc.)Build and maintain a pipeline of hiring leads and warm founder introsPitch Hyphen Connect’s recruitment services and value propositionQualify hiring needs, team structure, and urgency with potential clientsCollaborate with the founder and delivery team on candidate briefs and role executionAttend relevant virtual / IRL events (ETHGlobal, hackathons, Twitter spaces, etc.) to source leads You Might Thrive In This Role If You Have 2–5 years experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or founder relationsStrong familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem — ideally with founder, VC, or protocol connectionsAble to pitch in a founder-first tone (consultative > transactional)Comfortable working in a lean team with high agencyBonus: Experience in a recruitment agency, talent platform, or early-stage Web3 startup
