Unser Angebot:

• Integration in kleinere Teams, um im herausfordernden, mehrsprachigen Umfeld unter Anleitung erstklassiger Rechtsexpertise zu lernen und sich weiterzuentwickeln;
• Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kunden in abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeitsfeldern;
• Bestmögliche Integration durch das Tutoring-Programm mit regelmäßigen Schulungen im luxemburgischen Recht, zur Weiterentwicklung und Festigung der Fachkenntnisse;
• Möglichkeit der Rechtsanwaltsstation und/oder Wahlstation während des Referendariates;
• Optional bieten wir Juristen die Möglichkeit zur Ausbildung zum luxemburgischen Rechtsanwalt mit finanzieller Unterstützung durch Arendt & Medernach;
• Unterstützung bei der Anerkennung der deutschen Rechtsanwaltszulassung durch die luxemburgische Rechtsanwaltskammer.

Ihre Tätigkeit:

• Juristische Beratung unserer Mandanten in einem breitgefächerten Aufgabengebiet;
• Entwurf, Überprüfung und Überarbeitung von rechtlicher Dokumentation in Kooperation mit einem verantwortlichen Senior/Partner;
• Durchführung von Besprechungen und Telefonkonferenzen, um grenzüberschreitende Projekte zu erörtern;
• Recherche juristischer Fragestellungen sowie aktive Teilnahme am Wissenstransfer im Team.
