Join GEA Group in Düsseldorf as the Referent to CEO (f/m/d), directly reporting to the Group CEO. In this strategic role, you'll spearhead projects and initiatives crucial to the organization's success, collaborating across departments and divisions with international and cross‑functional stakeholders. With your international project management expertise and strong communication and interpersonal skills, you'll lead interdisciplinary teams to drive projects from conception to implementation, navigating complex environments with a broad and dedicated entrepreneurial mindset.
In this role you act as a strategic partner, responsible for international, cross‑functional projects & strategic initiatives closely linked to the executive board as well as the top leadership team of the organization.
You are driving these topics to maximum success by being fully responsible for the projects defined by the CEO from initial definition through implementation, including cost and project goals.
Being responsible for these projects will bring you deeply into the strategic focuses of our entire company’s cross‑functional most relevant topics.
You are in very close and trustful collaboration with the business, including sales, marketing, finance, sustainability and logistics and work with interdisciplinary teams of local and global stakeholders as a trusted partner in a strategic context.
You are at most dedicated and have a proven track record in boosting your career to the next level and you desire to continue in going the extra mile.
You are a professional with international experience in managing complex projects in a technical and international environment.
You hold an excellent master’s degree in engineering, business administration or a related field.
You have at least three years of relevant work experience – preferably in a well‑known top consulting company with projects related to industry with strong strategic focus.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in German & English.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability and willingness to be a leader in a complex and fast‑paced environment.
Desire to get international experience with willingness to travel and to take the next career step within the next 2–3 years.
