Overview

We are expanding our sales and field engineering teams globally, including new SDR and BDR teams that drive inbound and outbound lead generation for our enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a high‑performance team of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs to execute outbound and inbound sales development activities.
• Build and maintain a multi‑million dollar pipeline that supports global enterprise accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic playbooks, including new outbound approaches, to adapt to market changes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine targeting, messaging, and qualification criteria.
• Track, analyze, and report on team and individual performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Champion a culture of learning, data‑driven decision making, and high integrity within the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic results at school and university.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business, STEM, or related field.
• Passion for business development, sales, and technology.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional outbound sales development results.
• Commitment to continuous learning – curious, flexible, and scientific in approach.
• Strong creative problem‑solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Leadership experience in at least one capacity (team lead, manager, or mentor).
• Proficiency in using data to drive team activities and ongoing improvement.
