Join Tapestry as a Regional Brand Ambassador for Coach in Germany. This role, based in Frankfurt, oversees stores in Düsseldorf and Stuttgart, ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered in-store and creating a seamless, elevated shopping experience.

Primary Purpose : Represent Tapestry’s brand Coach across a small department store network in Germany. Reporting to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador for Central & Southern Europe, the RBA drives customer experience, strengthens omni‑channel engagement, and identifies opportunities for brand growth.

Contract Details : Full‑time (40 hours per week), 12‑month contract.

Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience by leveraging brand training, tools, and resources to maintain high service standards.
• Proactively develop ideas for clienteling and in‑store events, supporting and co‑hosting activations that drive customer engagement and sales.
• Build strong relationships with local retail partners to gain insights into customer demographics and emerging brand opportunities.

Sales

• Track and analyse store performance against targets; develop and present action plans to the SRBA to address performance gaps.
• Deliver brand training and equip host stores with the tools and knowledge to drive sales; ensure consistency in brand education across all stores.
• Identify and propose in‑store activations and local event opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
• Build strong relationships with the wider team to support brand growth.

Visual Merchandising

• Execute visual merchandising directives within host stores, ensuring new season collections are displayed and aligned with delivery schedules.
• Apply VM guidelines during markdown periods, maintaining consistency with regional visual standards.
• Collaborate with the Regional VM Manager to share visual updates and seek feedback.

Operations

• Manage product deliveries and replenishment; keep back‑of‑house areas clean and organised.
• Complete trade reports promptly and communicate key product insights to the SRBA and Sales Team.
• Coordinate shop‑floor coverage to ensure optimal staffing levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience with in‑depth knowledge of the retail environment.
• Ability to travel within Germany to visit allocated stores.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends & public holidays.
• Understanding of working within a department store.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organisational and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and ability to strategise for business development.
• Self‑motivated team player who works well with others.
