We’re looking for a Procurement Lead based in Dorsten, responsible for managing strategic procurement operations in Germany, with a focus on indirect spend. This role ensures continuity of procurement activities during a 1-year maternity leave cover and supports regional sourcing needs.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver sourcing projects for local and regional categories, managing strategy, market testing, negotiation, and contract award focused on TCO
• Act as a business partner to key stakeholders and promote purchasing compliance across Germany and Northern Europe
• Manage supplier relationships following SRM policies, identifying opportunities for innovation, growth, and cost reduction
• Analyze spend data and business trends to identify value opportunities and optimize purchasing practices
• Administer contract database and contracts within Germany
• Support daily procurement operations alongside the Procurement Specialist, ensuring timely PO delivery and resolution of invoice queries

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in strategic procurement, ideally within indirect spend categories
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills
• Familiarity with supplier relationship management and contract administration
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Fluent in English and German
