Regional Capacity Planning Manager

Job Description 1.Last Mile capacity planning: Creation of structured capacity plans on a 1-6 months time frame 2.Last Mile Risk Mitigation: Monitor actual capacity to identify capacity risks and propose risk mitigation approaches 3.Execution analysis: Analyze and understand gaps between plan and execution and work with relevant stakeholders to rectify gaps 4.System and Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvement processes to constantly improve the quality of our last mile capacity 5.Peak Planning: Create and coordinate the execution of peak capacity plans

Job Requirement 1.Education: Bachelor's degree or higher; 2. Experience in capacity planning, capcity controlling 3.Proficient in Office software and solid data analysis and management skills. 4.Possess a strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination skills, and strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
