Job title

Regional Controlling Airfreight/ IATA CASS (m/f/x)

Job description

A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:
• Billing for import and export shipments,
• Booking and controlling of incoming invoices,
• Controlling activities such as CASS posting, cost monitoring, etc.,
• Managing invoice complaints with the creditors, especially using of creditor complaint portals (airlines, etc.),
• Administrating claims,
• Reporting of the figures,
• Assisting in terms of figures, data, facts for airfreight management,
• Supporting other branches where Accounts Payable / IATA / CASS as required.

Applicant's profile

You bring along:
• Successfully completion of vocational training, especially in the Logistics Industry,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role,
• Ability to structure and present data clearly and effectively,
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
• Fluent in English and German.
