Your role:

As the Regional Cyber Security Lead for Europe and the Middle East, you will be at the forefront of shaping the Cyber Security strategy for our Life Science sector within your designated region. Your primary mission will be to collaborate closely with local Site Cyber Security Managers and the broader Cyber Security organization to enhance our Cyber Security maturity. You will be instrumental in implementing both organizational and technical measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. In this dynamic position, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for IT/OT Cyber Security, providing expert advice and support for various projects and operations. You will actively monitor and manage Cyber Security risks and incidents, ensuring adherence to our Cyber Security Operational Model. By overseeing regional Cyber Security operations, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective strategies and policies. Your leadership will guide a team of Site Cyber Security professionals, fostering a culture of awareness and preparedness. Engaging with cross-functional teams, you will enhance Cyber Security measures and drive initiatives that protect our digital assets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a vital industry. To work your magic, you will travel regularly to LS sites, e.g. for promoting Cyber Security awareness and supporting Cyber Security on site.

Who You Are:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field.


• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years in a managerial role focused on cyber security governance, protection and digital asset security


• You are familiar with legal, regulatory, and industry standards such as ISO/IEC 27001/27002 and NIST CSF.


• You understand the specific security challenges of the Life Science, or Pharmaceutical industry


• You possess one or more information security certifications, such as CISM, CISA, or CISSP.


• You have knowledge of IT and OT infrastructure, security tools, and incident response.


• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


• You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills in English and are available for on-call support during Cyber Security incident(s).
