Regional HR Manager (m/f/x)

This individual contributor role is part of our Regional HR Team and covers two main roles; supporting matters related with Regional Head Office employees and supporting Regional HR initiatives. A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:

Responsibilities

• Handling the overall HR processes for Regional Head Office (RHO) employees in line with the Group and Regional HR policies and the business needs.
• Ensuring that all HR-related policies and procedures comply with standard legal practices and regulations.
• Fostering positive employee relations by resolving conflicts and addressing concerns.
• Ensuring that workplace policies and procedures are followed and that employees are treated fairly and equitably.
• Partnering with the manager/business leaders and monitoring key talent initiatives for RHO employees, including onboarding, performance management, trainings, etc.
• Providing HR consulting and coaching services for managers and business leaders to solve significant people issues such as organizational structure changes, etc.
• Conducting employee onboardings and planning their integration paths with the relevant teams.
• Ensuring the data of RHO employees are up to date in HRIS.
• Leading various Regional HR initiatives like diversity campaigns, Employee Engagement Survey.
• Supporting reporting related to HR matters where necessary.
• Keeping abreast of any changes in HR legislation to ensure the company is compliant at all times.

Applicant's profile

You bring along:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree on Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the above-mentioned tasks.
• Strong knowledge of German labor law.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced with managing different level of stakeholders in an international environment would be a huge plus.
