Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales and promotion of inverter products in assigned markets.
  • Develop and execute annual sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new customers, sales channels, and market opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, track competitor activities, and formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Plan and implement sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key accounts, including strategic partnership development.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional experience in a sales or business development role; experience in the solar/inverter/B2B industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and execute project-based sales initiatives.
  • Strong market insight, analytical skills, and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently or within a team.
