Do you love challenges

• Gather and analyze regional market intelligence to shape product strategies for global managed services and local market execution.
• Act as a regional ambassador for product communication and customer engagement in the DACH region.
• Translate regional market needs, competitive signals and customer opportunities into feedback to our product management including enhancement recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Success and Product Management.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the product portfolio and monitor industry trends.
• Coordinate enablement activities with Product Marketing to ensure sales readiness and consistent messaging.
• Educate regional stakeholders on product vision, differentiators and roadmap direction.
• Participate in customer discussions and provide expert input.

Convince us with your potential!

• You have successfully completed a degree in (business) information technology economics or a comparable qualification.
• You have knowledge of SAP Managed Cloud Services, Application Management Services and S/4HANA Transformation Services.
• Experience in Sales/Presales background and market expertise characterise your profile.
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and/or English.
• Occasional travel including internationally is not a challenge for you.
• You are characterized by customer‑oriented thinking and acting combined with strong communication and presentation skills and a confident manner. A team‑oriented approach to work including in an international environment rounds off your profile.
