YOUR TASKS

• Customer support for international airlines and acquisition of orders in the area of passenger seat after sales (replacement seats, seat modification, seat refurbishment)
• Technical management and coordination of the quotation team
• Contract negotiations and drafting in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Preparation and coordination of offers
• Ensuring compliance with internal processes and maintaining customer master data
• Win/loss analyses for sales strategy optimization
• Organization and support of customer and trade fair visits
• Participation in the strategic orientation of Customer Service and the development of new business areas
• Support with market analyses and preparation of decision papers

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed university degree in business administration, engineering or comparable training
• At least three years of experience in sales and account management, ideally with technical products
• Preferably experience in the aviation industry and an understanding of its requirements
• Strong intercultural skills and fluency in English
• Systematic and goal-oriented way of working
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%)
• Professional demeanor and excellent negotiation skills
