Conducting its business as a trusted partner for more than 45 years, Pluxee is committed to creating a positive impact on all its stakeholders, from driving business to local communities, to supporting wellbeing at work for employees while protecting the plane t. 🚀 Your next challe nge - Driving growth and expansion in Berlin through the identification and acquisition of new customers, as well as the expansion of existing contacts.- Responsibility for the entire sales cycle:Lead generation → Qualification → Proposal phase → Negotiation → Closing- Execution of sales campaigns to systematically target new customer segments- Processing of lead lists and independent development of targeted campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and Inside Sales- Sales focus on our core products, as well as the identification and development of cross-selling and upselling potential- Presence at trade fairs, events, and industry gatherings to strategically expand the network- Close coordination with the central sales team and regular presence at the Frankfurt office for meetings and strategic planning- Monitoring of competitors and market trends to identify emerging trends and customer needs at an early s tage 🌟 You’re a match -7+ years of experience in sales management-Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in Berlin or a comparable sales territory-Hands-on mentality, high self-motivation, and a clear hunter mindset, result oriented-Experience in acquiring new customers and managing complex sales processes-Experience in sales forecasting and budgeting, sales performance management, sales process optimization and sales strategy development-Strong communication skills, confidence in negotiations, and a proven ability to close deals-Problem-solving skills-Willingness to travel within the Eastern region of Germany and regular presence at the Frankfurt office-Proficient in Salesforce and other digital sales tools-Fluent German is a must and good E nglish 🔎 To get this challenge‱ Video call with Global TA Expert‱ Video call with HRBP & Line Manager‱ Video call with Sales D irector 📍 Your locationRemote - Berlin -Germany ☀ Happy at work1) A meaningful job: Be the change!
