Regional Sales Manager – Memory Semiconductors – DACH

Step into a pivotal role driving revenue growth across diverse European markets. You’ll manage direct accounts and channel partners, expand existing business, and secure new wins with Tier 1 Automotive customers and other key prospects.

What You’ll Do

Own sales growth across Germany, Austria, Croatia, Italy, and Switzerland
Build and execute business plans with representative and distribution partners
Motivate, train, and support channel sales teams
Present semiconductor solutions that fit seamlessly into electronic designs
Travel regularly within the region (overnight stays required), with occasional global travel

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of proven semiconductor sales success
Fluent in German and English
Strong organisation, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
Experience selling semiconductors to Tier 1 Automotive customers
Existing customer relationships in the region are highly advantageous
Technical qualification in electrical/electronic discipline beneficial
