A leading international company in the field of interventional pulmonology is seeking a Regional sales Manager to support its commercial expansion across Southwest Germany. This organization is at the forefront of minimally invasive solutions for chronic respiratory conditions, with a strong foundation in clinical evidence, regulatory approvals, and reimbursement access across key European markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive commercial adoption of advanced therapeutic solutions across targeted hospitals and clinics
• Deliver training and clinical support to physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including pulmonologists, surgeons, and hospital administrators
• Develop and manage referral pathways from primary to tertiary care
• Lead budget generation and contract negotiations with purchasing entities
• Collaborate closely with national sales leadership and cross-functional teams

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales, ideally with exposure to interventional procedures
• Proven track record in launching or scaling innovative healthcare technologies
• Strong communication skills and commercial acumen
• Willingness to travel and engage in clinical environments
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus
• Comfortable operating in theatre or endoscopy settings
