Regional Sales Representative Germany (m/f/d)

As a sponsor of VfL Wolfsburg and with the opening of our new production site in Serbia, we are expanding our brand presence in the European market.

We are looking for a Regional Sales Representative to expand our Sales Team in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze market trends, including vehicles, tires, customer demand, competitor activities, and promotional strategies.
  • Advise headquarters on distributor layout, planning, and brand strategy.
  • Leverage resources to drive sales growth and achieve regional targets.
  • Manage and evaluate regional customers, strengthen relationships through regular visits, and support channel expansion.
  • Visit retail outlets and fleet clients to assess needs, monitor demand, and track competitor dynamics.
  • Identify, develop, and cultivate new client opportunities.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from negotiation to delivery and payment collection, ensuring smooth coordination with headquarters and distributors.
  • Assess clients’ financial health and monitor accounts receivable to safeguard stable operations.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in collaboration with headquarters.
  • Coordinate store construction and site selection with distributors; liaise with the Marketing Department on training needs; monitor project completion and maintain brand image standards.

Qualifications

  • Academic Degree in business, engineering or a field directly related to the position
  • +5 years experience in the tire industry
  • Familiar with working with cross-functional and international teams
  • Strong communication, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Native in German
  • Fluent in English; any other additional language is a plus
  • Open-minded, team player and cross-cultural communication
