Responsibilities

• Patienten helfen ein besseres Leben zu führen und den Erfolg der Specialty Business Unit mitprägen
• Führung eines Teams von Key Account Managern, inklusive Coaching des Teams um situationsgerechte Verkaufsgespräche zu unseren Produkten bei Fachärzten sicherzustellen
• Führung der Mitarbeiter: innen bei Kunden- und Situationsgerechten Key Account Management-Projekte und Synergien für andere Gebiete erkennen
• Verständnis regionaler Entscheider Strukturen, Identifikation relevanter regionaler Kundennetzwerke und Entwicklung spezifischer Kundenmanagement-Strategien, kann die Betreuung regionaler Meinungs- und Entscheidungsträger einschließen
• Ergebnisziele für die Region erreichen – auf Basis evidenzbasierter Gebietsanalysen und ergebnisorientierter, ambitionierter Planung durch Führung des Teams
• Cross-funktionale und -hierarchische Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ziel der Ergebnissicherung leben und prägen
• Konsequente, agile und messbare Zielerreichungsabgleiche durchführen und daraus geeignete (Korrektiv) Maßnahmen ableiten, um die Ergebnisziele der Region zu erfüllen
• Kontinuierlicher Ausbau der persönlichen Fähigkeiten und der des Teams zur Erhaltung und Erweiterung von Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und als Beitrag zum Unternehmensergebnis
• Ressourcenplanung inklusive Koordination und Implementierung mit allen relevanten Funktionsbereichen für die Region (pro-aktives Schnittstellenmanagement)
• Kooperation und enge Abstimmung mit Schnittstellenpartnern aus den Bereichen Medizin, Marketing und RL-Kollegen/innen anderer Linien
• Vorleben und Vermittlung des GSK Leitbildes und Werte

Qualifications & Skills

• Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenzen und Erfahrung in der Führung von Key Account Manager Teams
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Vertrieb oder Marketing verschreibungspflichtiger Arzneimittel
• Unternehmerisches Handeln, ausgewogene Risikobereitschaft sowie eine starke Leistungs- und Zielorientierung
• Ausgeprägtes strategisch-konzeptionelles Denken und analytische Fähigkeiten
• Sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Vermittlung von zukunftsorientierten Zielvorstellungen für den eigenen Verantwortungsbereich
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
• Qualifikation nach
• 75 AMG
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Gesundheitssystems (z.B. zu Abrechnungsmodalitäten in Kliniken und Praxen, Prozessabläufe in Krankenhäusern, Patientenpfaden und Versorgungsmodellen)

Preferred Qualifications

• Ausgeprägte, beobachtbare Stärken in Ergebnisverantwortung, Proaktivität, Feedbackgeben und -nehmen sowie interner Zusammenarbeit
